Russian visa
To citizens of the foreign states, except for the countries which entering into the CIS and-or have signed the agreement on a visa-free regime, for entrance on territory of the Russian Federation the visa is required.
Foreign citizens can issue the Russian visa or in the country of constant residing, or in the country where the foreigner has residence permit or the work permit period of validity not less than 90 days. There is a general order of registration of visas and the basic list of documents which, however, can be essentially added by that or other representation of the Russian Federation abroad.
In case of entrance to the Russian Federation for term over 90 days at giving of documents it is necessary to give the certificate on absence at the applicant of a HIV-infection. Such certificate is valid within 3 months from the date of inspection carrying out.
The tourist visa
- The passport original, which period of validity makes not less than 6 months from the moment of the trip termination;
- 2 identical colour photos 3 h 4 sm (citizens of the USA and Japan give one photo), on a light monophonic background, without corners and ovals;
- Visa questionnaires 2 filled and personally signed by the applicant (the form № 95). Citizens of the European Union countries give one questionnaire. Citizens of the USA fill separate type of the visa questionnaire (it is filled in one copy!). Questionnaires should be filled by printing letters "by hand", or on the machine or the computer in English or Russian (for citizens of the European Union questionnaire filling in German, French, Italian or Spanish language - depending on the consulate location is supposed);
- The original or faksovuju a copy of acknowledgement from the Russian tourist operator or hotel on the form of the established sample (the form "about reception of foreign tourists"). To confirm visas to foreign tourists the Russian tour agencies passed necessary registration in Consular department the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia or Representations the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in subjects of the Russian Federation and having number assigned to it tourist referensa have the right only. Acknowledgement of the Russian tour agency should be assured the signature of the responsible person and is under seal the Russian tour agency;
- Copy of the voucher from accepting Russian travel agency or the original and a copy of the voucher which has been given out by travel company in the country of the reference behind the visa. In the voucher the following information should contain:
- - The personal data of the applicant (a surname, a name, a date of birth, passport number);
- Entrance and departure dates in the Russian Federation;
- The name of accepting Russian tour agency, its number turreferensa;
- The list of the paid services (a transfer, hotel accommodation, excursions etc.);
- The signature and the tour agency press.
- To citizens of the countries entering in Shengen and the European Union - the original and a copy of an insurance policy or the inquiry from the insurance company about the paid insurance payment and the insurance period and the filled insurance card on the available insurance valid for territories of Russia. The card is filled in English or Russian "by hand" with printing letters or on the computer;
- To citizens of Algeria of Angola, Afghanistan, Vietnam, India, Iraq, Iran, the Peoples Republic of China, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Ruanda, Syria, Somalia, Turkey, Chad, Shri - Lanki, is necessary to show to Ethiopia the original of travel papers (air tickets or electronic tickets) there and back (for the multi-visa - on the first arrival).
